Phil earned his Master of Laws in Taxation degree and is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He has served on the boards of many local charities and agencies. He was a founder and director of Boardwalk Bank, and is currently Chairman of the Board of Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation. Born and raised in Atlantic County, he is the grandson of Joseph B. A graduate of Villanova University and Wake Forest University School of Law, Rick is a member of the Atlantic City Mainland Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the District I Ethics Committee, and the UNICO Scholarship Foundation. Rick received the Benjamin A. Rimm award as Atlantic County's Young Lawyer of the Year in 2004, in recognition of his professionalism and community involvement. He recently completed a four year term as a member of the Supreme Court District 1 Ethics committee (2006-2009). Rick's father, Robert V. Steve’s litigation experience includes contract and other business disputes, as well as matters involving construction law, employment law and commercial landlord/tenant issues. Steve has represented numerous national and local businesses in both State and Federal Court. Prior to returning to New Jersey in 1995, Steve was a partner in the New York City office of Cox Padmore Skolnik & Shakarchy. Steve has been on the Board of the Jewish Community Center in Margate since 1996 and served as President from 2002-2004. He has also been the President of the Alcove Center for Grieving Children and Families since it was founded in 2001, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Salvation Army of Atlantic City since 1998. Concentrates his practice in planning and zoning, land use law, real estate and related civil litigation. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College and his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac School of Law. Chris served as law clerk to the Honorable Peter W. Thomas, J.S.C. and was previously named Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year by the Atlantic County Bar Association. Chris is a past President of the Atlantic County Bar Association. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey State Bar Association and is a member of that association’s Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee. Chris has earned the designation of Certified Civil Trial Attorney from the New Jersey Supreme Court, a designation earned by only a small percentage of the approximately 70,000 licensed attorneys in New Jersey. Chris is on the Board of Directors of the Atlantic City Art Center and coaches little league baseball in Margate where he lives. Alex graduated with honors in Accounting from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey (B.S., 1998); he graduated in the top five percent (5%) of his class from the Rutgers University School of Law, Camden (J.D., 2002); and he received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the Temple University Beasley School of Law (LL.M., Taxation, 2009). While in law school, Alex was an editor of the Rutgers Law Journal. Upon graduation, he clerked in Atlantic County for Judge John G.Himmelberger, Jr., J.S.C. (Ret.). Alex is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Atlantic County Bar Association and the District I Ethics Committee, and he also serves as Trustee of the Atlantic County Bar Association and is past chairman of its New Lawyers Division.
